Asad has wide ranging experience in corporate and commercial legal matters. He advises the firm’s clients in infrastructure projects pertaining to the corporate sector.

Asad represents clients such as multinational corporations, governmental bodies, statutory corporations and private individuals, in contentious matters of a diverse nature, before various courts. He also advises the firm on regulatory and compliance issues, labour, employment and service matters, business acquisitions, company incorporations and corporate restructuring.
