The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Pakistan Branch is seeking out individuals and organizations interested in joining the committee for legislative reform in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Pakistan. Under the tutelage of Mian Sheraz Javaid FCIArb and Chair of CIArb Pakistan Branch, the committee shall conduct research and development for legislative reform proposals in Pakistan for mediation, arbitration and ADR.
Nigeria is also on the cusp of transforming its alternative dispute resolution (ADR) landscape through its Arbitration and Mediation Bill. It has taken 17 years to get to this point.
