She was elected Chair of the CIArb Young Members Group in April 2020 and is Counsel in Evershed Sutherland’s Litigation group. She specializes in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and public international law. Her experience includes ad hoc as well as institutional arbitrations under the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, CRCICA and CCJA rules.

 

 

She is the Research and Academic Affairs Manager at CIArb and a US qualified international arbitration lawyer. She is a certified mediator with an LLM from QMUL (with distinction). She has specialist expertise in the application of arbitration to international environmental disputes.

 

 

He has been working on establishing the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Pakistan Branch as CIArb’s nominated attorney. He has been working on international projects all over the globe for global consultancy firm Currie & Brown as their Infrastructure Director. He is qualified as an engineer, lawyer, chartered quantity surveyor, chartered procurement professional, qualified mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator.

 

 

He is a partner at global law firm, Clyde & Co, and Founder of Courting the Law and various other access to justice and legal literacy projects. He became an Associate Member of CIArb in 2006 and has been associated with the arbitration world since then in different capacities.
